Because every time I go to update I get error su 30746 0 and the PS4 freezes.
Then you have to put it in safe mode and update it from there with a connected controller.
Now my PS4 doesn't do anything when I connect the controller and press the PS4 button.
I'm so tired of this shit. It should have been fixed ages ago with an update.
Im just gonna buy Nintendo from now on, my gf never has these problems. I'm also going to tell everyone I know to not buy Sony.
