PS4 why can't I play my friends game through my account??? Has lock symbol

I want to play my friends game through my PS account, but it has a lock displayed on the game. Can I not access friends game even though its on the same console????

No, you can't access it unless your ps4 has your friend's account set as primary. Then you will be able to play games that your friend owns and yours too IF you play on YOUR account.
