Which password to use for billing sign-in?

Hi, I'm a newbie. I have play station 4. I tried signing in to look on my account to see what the renewal charge is because I think I was charged twice. Once on my bank account, and I think on my visa. But I can't find that visa bill. I know my ps4 network sign in. But my password for looking at my account isn't being excepted. Is it the same as the network sign in or is there another password for the account? I'm already signed into the network with the password I have for that. Or how can I change the password for the account? Please help.
