Trying to transform myself into an early riser, and it's been really difficult. I usually watch movies or TV shows before bed, and I'm afraid I have to break up that routine completely in order to instill changes. And I signed up for swimming in the morning to make an early alarm a requirement.
Also I tried turning off my phone notifications at 9 pm but still need additional jedi training to stop going to look at the phone before bed.
