I don't understand at all what's happening with my PSN account. I've requested a password reset email several times after I turned off 2PV. And sony claimed that they sent the reset email to my hotmail account and to "wait because it takes awhile to reach me". It's been several months and nothing. I unable to access my psn account and see no solution because all paths takes me to password reset on the live chat. Which gives me nothing. I even asked friend to send emails to that account cause i was convinced that hotmail was busted. Im lost and irritated. Can someone help me figure out what's going on?
