Transfer data issue.

Every time I try to transfer from PS4 to PS5 I see a message which reads 'Cannot sign-in using another player's sign-in ID.' Or another message which reads 'Can't transfer data from a console that you haven't signed into.' This, despite being already signed in to both consoles.
