Switching Accounts

Is it possible for me to switch my account with my son's as he has used my settings to progress on a number of games that we don't want to lose the progress on. The idea is I offer up my account and we switch the usernames / email / security etc over each way.
Would appreciate any guidance on if / how this can be done.
