Suspended for 1 week after harassment from player

I can't believe this, I was being harassed by a player, i'm new to ps4 and apparently the player reported me, I received email today I was suspended for 1 week, can you believe that? grrrr

Yeah I've had an annoying toxic kid jump into my chat after a game. Some people just reflect negative energy. Sorry mate!
