Suspended accounts

Hi, I set up accounts for both my sons some years ago. One son is 18 so I told him to take off my credit card but I didn't realise it didn't work so when I saw lots of transactions come through I blocked further payments. This has now meant both accounts have been suspended by Sony, a learning curve for me. I have contacted Sony PSN on chat and got a jobsworth who may as well be a robot. I have said I am willing to settle the debt. He wanted the serial number of the original PS4 which was stolen years ago, then he wanted an order ID but my son couldn't find an email. All I want to do is settle the debt and undo the suspensions. Does anyone know an easy way to do this? I gave the emails and user names for both sons to the Sony chat person but he wouldn't do it. I am trying to pay them so can't understand why it's so difficult, they don't even have an email address to contact them. It's not like I am asking them for a refund. Any help appreciated. TIA.
