I was idle in Fortnite and I decided to go to my friends list to add someone. When I did my PS4 froze on that screen. After around 30 seconds it went back to Fortnite. Then after a minute it said that a system software error occurred. When I went out of it my PS4 made a screeching noise and shut off immediately. I still use it but I don't know what happened at that particular instance. Please help!
