PS4 So i lost my dlcs all that i paid for because of a ban

I need playstation support like asap because i spent so much money on destiny 2 dlcs and i get banned for calling someone a A hole after they told me to yknow so i reported them and i get perma banned and cause my license was connected to my other account i lost all my dlcs and everything my other psn name was Cute_BlueWolfie or Cute_BlueWolfy i dont remember cause its been so long please i need help with this please

Alas we’re not the official PS forum so cannot restore your account.
There may be an option to appeal the ban but usually their decision is final.
