A friend of mine recently got a PS4 and I was wondering if there was a way to let her access my PS account from it so she can have access to my games library. I know that if 2 people log into an account at the same time on a PS4 it logs one out but is it possible for both of us to be logged into the same account and play games at the same time if she's on a PS4 and I'm on a PS5.

You would have to share your log in details to allow someone to play your games which I would NOT recommend even if you 100% trust the person you’re sharing them with.
Also you both cannot play on the console at the same time, as you say it will log you out.
