PS4 Safe mode

I have tried to wipe a ps4 to sell on but now tells me to reinstall software via USB. Done that at least 20 plus times and says it can’t find the USB - even went and bought another USB still nothing. All I’ve done is watch YouTube videos etc and still don’t understand! Comes up with the below codes: Error code SU-41336-7 error ce-36329-3
