resident evil 2 boss help

i got resi 2 remake for xmas and ive been stuck on the 3rd birkin boss fight on hardcore for about 2 months now. any tips?

I just keep moving & only stopping to shoot.

yea i have enough of them. i just find the last part tricky, but i reckon il beat him soon enough
