My son asked me to renew his Playstation Essential subscription.
I thought he was using my PS Plus account but he had set up his own.
I got onto customer services and I asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money but they only refunded it to my online wallet which is no good to me as I don't use the PS4 anymore.
I cant use the funds in my wallet to buy him a gift card to buy what he wants - is there a work around to enable me to use the funds in my wallet to buy him his subscription or games for him?
