PSVR2 Controllers Stop tracking after about 5 mins

I am in dire need of assistance. I just picked up the PSVR2 brand new. set it up and it was working and looking good. for about 10 minutes. then all of a sudden the controllers get stuck and my arms are just stuck on an axis. I can rotate ad push all the buttons just fine. I just cant move my arms. iv'e done all the resets and troubleshoots I could find online and nothing worked. I was hoping someone here had this issue and could help me out.
