My PSN account has been hacked. I don’t know how they got my password, but they’ve activated 2 factor authentication on their phone and effectively locked me out of my account. I cancelled my debit card but they already downloaded 4-5 games spending hundreds of dollars on my card, more than the $150 refund limit. I don’t want to lose access to my account but can’t afford all the games they bought (or log into my account). I saw someone on Reddit dealing with this and they escalated it here. Any advice?
