Myself and a few others on reddit have noticed a rest mode bug with the PS5 slim. If you leave a disk in the system and wake from rest mode, the PS5 does not recognize the disk in the menu and it cannot be ejected from the menu either. The game launches fine, and if you take out and reinsert the disk it recognizes it as normal.
The disc icon on the game that's inserted shows as white and not the detailed disc until restart or the disc is removed and put back in. Anyone else notice this? It's only in rest mode, full power off and restart with disc inside is fine. Strangely enough if a game is installing and I put it in rest mode and wake, it appears to recognize.
