PS5 Dualsense controller discharging.

Hello from Greece
Im Panos and i have a problem with my PS5 dualsense Controller.

I bought my PS5 about 1 year ago , with 2 controllers , one working fine but not the second one.
The second controller repaired before 2 months because suddenly was dead , repaired in authorized service and it was fine for a month , but now i has other problem. I fully charge the controller and i dont use it for some hours or a day and discharging it self, without use it at all , i thought may be the battery , but not, battery replaced with new one but the problem didnt solved.

Anyone else had the same problem ? or any idea how to solve this problem ?

Hello & welcome.
Have you tried resetting the controller?
Did you purchase direct from Sony or a third party? If a third party then are you sure the controller is genuine?
Are you using a genuine charge & sync cable or third party?
Check for any stuck buttons.

Yes i reset it several times.
I purchase from official seller in Greece and yes i use only the genuine cable.
Buttons checked right now, seems to work fine.
 
In the end if the controller is still under warranty then request a replacement.
 
Thanks. You could try changing the battery yourself - batteries can be bought on Amazon. Otherwise you may have to buy a new controller.
