I've had a ps4 pro now for about 4yrs, have a psn account with about 6 downloaded games, along with the hours of saved game play my son has....we got him a ps5 for xmas. It didn't want to use my existing psn account. I thought no biggy, I'll set one up under my 2nd email. Now I want to move everything from my ps4 to my ps5... says make sure both systems are on the same account. The ps5 will not let me use the account I started with, but to make things even more complicated we've since downloaded a couple games onto the ps5, including the spiderman game that came with it (via voucher) and my son has almost completed the game.
