So I obviously don’t know what I’m doing, 
deleted EVERYTHING and now can’t get it to reinstall, did the Usb system update thing it won’t recognize them (tried several) formatted to Fat32 and all, did download system update via online in safe mode but it still can’t start up ps4 HELP!
