I'm having multiple issues with my PS4. I'm getting system software error CE-36329-3, cannot connect to server issue WV-33898-1, cannot connect to server error NW-31456-9. I tried to download Fortnite for my kid and it took 14 hours. When I try to load the game it tells me to reconnect the controller. I've tried connecting it with a USB cable and even switching controlers, which clearly work outside of the game. If I try to switch users from mine it asks me to login to the Playstation network just to tell me I'm already logged in. I have the fastest internet AT&T has and my PS4 is only 6 feet from the router. I've tried rebuilding the data base and even did a factory reset on it and I'm having the same issues. Could this be a bad hard drive? I don't want to spend $100 on a SSD just to have it not work.... and with all the issues this thing is having, I'm thinking it may be a motherboard issue.

Has anyone had these issues? Any fix for it??

What’s the network speed under settings?
Have you turned the router off & on? Can you try an Ethernet connection?
Is the system software up to date? If yes then try manually reinstalling it.
Is the game being played from the internal or an external drive?
Have you checked the game’s website to see if there’s a server problem?

I just checked the network speed through the PS4 and it says the speed is 1.6 Mbps down and 33.3 keeps up. That's incredibly slow. I checked the signal on my phone standing right next to the PS4 and it says its 228 Mbps down and 172 Mbps up. Could the internal wifi card be bad? Can that be replaced??

The system software is up to date. I updated everything yesterday when I did the factory reset.

The game is being played off the internal drive.

I checked the game website says there are no current problems with it.

That is low. I’d try an ethernet connection, I’d also add the MAC address to the router, there should be an allowed option.
I’ve not heard that the component can be replaced However a repair shop would be able to advise on that better.
