PS4 Ps4 is not working and freezes in games and Home Screen pretty much anywhere

My ps4 slim keeps freezing in games and in the Home Screen even while I turn it off, sometimes if turns off on its own and turns on, I tried rebuilding the database and left groups I was in and cleared my notification even cleaned the fan and left it unplugged for maybe around an hour and there is no update needed for it, has this happened to anyone if so please tell me how to fix it
