Ps4 controller stick drift

Usually it would require disassembly to see if the drift can be fixed or if the stick needs replacing. Unless you’re comfortable with that then it might be best to get a repair shop to fix it.
 
You’re welcome. If the stick does need replacing then you might want to look into replacing them with tmr components which eliminate stick drift.
