PS Store Game Purchase Issues

I recently purchased 2 games form the PS Store Spring Sale on PS4.

I paid for the games and downloaded them as you do, but under the information section, it's counting down from 30 days.

It should be permanent. Can't contact PlayStation, it says their hours are 8-7 but calling brings me to an automated message saying they're closed.

I don't have PlayStation Plus. I tried redownloading but the problem remains. Can't find anyone else having this issue online.

If time runs out, do I lose the games and the all the money I spent on them, including DLC?

Is there any other message? Trials are usually a couple of hours rather than days.
Did you receive any purchase confirmation?
Which games are they?
Any chance the games are pre-orders/not yet released?

The two games were Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition and Gigabash. There was nothing saying these games were temporary in the description and I have my receipt on my account and email purchase confirmations.

But when I press the information on the game itself, it says it's valid until April 27th and it's counting down the days.

This is the first time this has ever happened since I've been buying digital.
 
There is a demo of the first game so if you open the PS app or the purchased section for your games does the game show as a demo? You may have to open the game in the store app & click on PS4 & check there for the correct game & click on the full game (which is first in the list on my app) & it should say Purchased & allow you to download it again. The 2nd doesn’t so should’ve been the full game.
Can you post a screenshot ensuring any personal information is redacted?
Did you receive a purchase confirmation via email with details of the game & cost?
