My account has been banned and they won’t tell me why or what in need to do to get it restored. At a min I want the 150.00 back I just spent with them in the past 30 days
Sony has banned my account and will not tell me why. I was chatting with them earlier and all they would tell me is there is nothing they can do and if it was banned it was for a very good reason. I asked to elevate my request to a supervisor and he told me the same thing and just dropped my chat session.
Support has got to be better than this crap. I need a person I can talk to that can in ban my account or move my purchases and saved games to a new account
