(Please wait) Pop up message whenever starting a game on ps5 (disc version)

Hello community !

I just bought brand new ps5 yesterday. I noticed when I start a game a pop up message will appear for seconds saying please wait. It happens for both disc and digital games but mostly for disc games. Is this normal? Does it happen with everyone?
