PlayStation Portal question

When I play a game such as Call Of Duty on my Portal, it does not show me the navigation points. When I play on my PS5, they show up. Is there a fix for this? Here is a pic of what I’m not seeing on the Portal






Any help would be appreciated

Is the game & console running the latest version?
If yes then it may be a limit of the console.
