PlayStation not letting me sign in to an account despite entering the correct information

I'm currently trying to gameshare WWE 2k23 off one of my close friends. He was able to gameshare Minecraft off of me perfectly fine. Now that I'm trying to get a game off him, it's telling me the wrong sign-in ID or password is being entered. He sent me a picture showing evidence that it's the right account information and is able to log in to his account perfectly fine, whenever I enter the exact same email and password it continuously tells me that I'm entering the wrong info. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm a PS4 user if that helps.
