I'll wait to see how much it costs and maybe for the Slim version. What are your guys' thoughts??

I'll be going for the disc version, you can still download digital games anyway.

Most stuff, like DS5, is within expected, but wtf is the vertical stand bs about!? Most of the marketing images and the let's say reference design is vertical, but you'll have to pay for the stand!?

Don't agree if you have to pay separately for a stand if it needs one. It should come with the console.
Which would be recommended though, vertical or horizontal? You can tell it needs a lot more space around it for the fans to cool the system down
