PS4 Phone can't find ps4

I have been trying so many times to connect my phone to my ps4, but my ps4 isn't showing up on my phone. Is it something that child accounts can't do or what is the problem?

Are you using the PS Remote play app to connect your phone to the PS4?
Is there any error message?

Yes I am, and there is no error message other than no ps4 found

Which phone are you using? Is the OS the latest version & is it supported for the app?
Is the PS4 up to date?
It may be that the problem is due to it being a child account.

I am using a Motorola, the os should be the latest, the app is supported, and the ps4 is up to date.

Then most likely it’s due to you using a child account & not an admin/adult account.
