PS5 No internal expansion slot on my PS5

Trying to understand why my PS5 does. Or have an internal memory drive upgrade. Purchased one with the intention of expanding the memory. Watched a video and my PS looks nothing like theirs?
 
Can you supply a photo of what you’re seeing?
The PS5 requires NVMe M.2 for the internal drive which is smaller & narrower tha the usual SSD which is fitted in PCs.
 
You may have to use a phone to take the photo then upload it via the browser.
