Network error

Hello,

Since mid December, I’ve had limited network access to Playstation’s services, with Store and Plus being entirely inaccessible. My internet connection is fine; I can play online, open apps, report errors, and download purchased content, but I can’t buy anything on Store, even via the app where payment is declined, or even open Plus on my PlayStation.

PlayStation isn’t reporting any issues on their end, so is anybody else having these problems?

I don’t exactly know what happened but Plus and Store are sort of working? I’ll just chalk this up to Holidays mucking up the services.
 
Thanks for the update. May have been many users online buying games for Christmas.
 
I love their timing. More functions went back online since i posted, but I’m still having trouble paying. I had to use my Apple wallet and gift card to pay.
 
Glad to hear things are working again even if it is slowly.
 
Best part? My purchase not only worked, but the confirmation also popped on my PS5 in the middle of a family movie night. I got a side-eye from like six people.
