Since last Tuesday my PS5 has been having horrific connection issues. Usually I get 110mb and 50mb download and upload but since I’ve been getting 80mb and 5mb. Whilst I can still play online, I can’t join friends parties and games/ps store take ages to load. My wifi is completely fine on every other device and I have no idea what the issue is. PS support have been useless and kept rerouting me to other people who would give the same advice that doesn’t work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you restarted the router? Perhaps a firmware update has caused a problem.
