A week or so ago I noticed I was locked out of shadow of the tomb raider, which I own and is on my library of games. It's the original shadow of the tomb raider. I get a lock icon and instead of the "play" button or the "download" button, instead I get a button that says "view product". Which is a link to the definitive edition of the game. I've talked to sony customer service twice about it, the first time they told me they were aware of the issue and I would soon have access to the game again and the second time they told me I need to contact the publisher... Am I the only one this is happening to?
