Locked Out of Account Despite 2FA & Proof of Ownership – Need Escalation Help

Hello,


I’ve had my PlayStation account compromised multiple times recently. This last time, I had a brand new email, strong password, two-step verification, and all five security questions set up, but somehow the account still got hacked.


I’ve already contacted PlayStation Support multiple times through chat and phone, but each time I’m told, “we cannot work on this account.” I have proof of ownership, including:


  • Console serial numbers the account was activated on
  • Account creation details
  • Payment history

I really need to get this escalated to someone who can actually verify ownership and help me recover my account. Does anyone here know the best way to get through this situation, or if there’s a direct escalation path within Sony?


Any advice from staff or community members would be a huge help.
