PS5 Lego Skywalker Saga on PS4?

I found the PS5 version of Lego Skywalker Saga on the Playstation Store but not the PS4. It says it's available for both PS4 and PS5 but it officially lists PS5 only and not PS4. If I pre-ordered the PS5 version, would I be able to play on PS4 like it says I could? I don't own a PS5 and I don't wanna waste $70 dollars so I wanna be certain before I make the purchase. The game is definitely available on PS4. Plus, if you buy the disc and get a PS5, you can upgrade to the PS5 version for free.
