Improper Shutdown

Hello. I am having problems with my PS5. Every now and then, when I power on the console, I get an error message saying Your PS5 Wasn't Turned Off Properly.

Is there any chance you’ve had a power cut?
Check that the power cable is fully inserted into the console & the power outlet.
