I’m currently trying to get a refund of EA Play. I have not used EA Play in over six months, and had not realised the rollover date was so close.
I originally got the subscription through PlayStation, and have contacted PlayStation support multiple times to ask for a refund since I cancelled the subscription on the day I realised it was still current. Initially PS support told me they could not help at all. When I contacted the next time, I was told that EA might be able to help me. However, EA didn’t even know I have the subscription in the first place. They cannot offer a refund for the subscription I got, since I got it through the PlayStation Network and not them.
I don’t know who to contact anymore, and I need this money to go toward rent, I’m late by several days now. How can I get a refund?
