So, I'm locked out of my account due to the 2SV is attached to my old number. I've been trying to call the psn help line but it's always says due to the amount of calls we can't provide help, then hangs up. The chat bot does the same thing. Maybe is because of the holidays? Or am I missing something? I just bought games for my ps5 and would really like to play on my account. HELP!!
