So I created an account for a child via family management, and put restrictions on games with a higher age rating and also changed it so it can create a new user profile. I have not created a psn account for the child.
When I log out of my psn account and log out of the PS4 and log in as the child, games with higher age rating are appropriately locked and it cant create new users. BUT, it can access the settings and change them, like delete users/profiles, i.e older siblings, parents and it can also delete games on the console, for example via the options button.
I contacted PSN support and they said that is not possible. But it clearly is, what am I missing?
