How do I follow up with a report for a cheater lag switcher in game?

PsychedelaKronic is a lag switching cheater on UFC 5 on ps5. I want to make sure he gets banned I already reported in game in the match but Im afraid it doesn't do anything. He's still not banned what do I do?
