Hogwarts Legacy for Playstation 5

I have a Playstation 5 and am interested in getting Hogwarts Legacy. After looking around online deciding where to get it from, I have found multiple places with multiple prices.
If I were to get it from Playstation, it is $69.99. Bestbuy has it for $32.99. GameStop for $29.99. Walmart for $30.99. Amazon for $30.99-$70.00.

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is? which one is the right one?

The PS version is either full price &/or a deluxe edition, the store only drops their prices during sales so games are always full price until it is in a sale, the other stores can charge less especially for an older game but stores usually sell the standard version. Main game will be the same but the deluxe edition will have DLC or add-ons.
