Hi guys, I’m new to the forum! I’m pretty clued up with connections but can’t for the life of me figure out what the PS5 issue is. Basically Xbox, PC etc all hard wired and I get the desired ping from ISP which is about 10.1ms average, get that in most lobbies on those devices but can’t get that on the Playstation…it appears to be adding 20ms from somewhere, so getting about 30ms on every PS5 online game. I’m not that far from most game servers including the PS servers but I’m wondering has any found a fix for this? Or has any similar issue that I’m having? Im kinda out of ideas now, can’t even speak to anyone from PS to get this resolved as live chat and phone number are never working or answered.
