Help with error message my.account.sony.com Can't connect to the server

Whenever I enter my password I sometimes get the puzzle, and once I complete the puzzle I get the error " Can't connect to the server." Sometimes after entering the password it goes straight to the error message. I've tried on Chrome, Edge, DuckDuckGo and Opera and it's the same thing. I tried to login on Firefox and when I click password, the screen turns white and it freezes the browser. I have to close it using Task Manager. I've tried all 5 browsers in safe mode and still get the error message. The strange thing, is that I can log in from Chrome on my cell phone. My PS5 logs in normally too. Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Clear your cache and cookies and try again, or in private mode. If that doesn't help you should contact Sony support probably.
