Due to back to back power outages while my wife was logged in to her psn account, she suddenly got the error code NP-34998-3. In short, she can't log in to her account on the ps4.
We tried looking online and called Sony directly but it looks like there's no fixing the issue. Unfortunately, all her saved games are tied to that log in. We can't move them or copy them to another account unless we jailbreak it which we really don't want to do.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how remedy this issue? Are we gonna have to jailbreak it?
