Just moved house. I think when packing the PS4 it might have been trying to do an update as now when I switch it on it says I need to insert a USB with the relevant update on it before the PS4 will startup.
I tried following some recommended steps on a troubleshooting website, but all of those steps require the PS4 to be connected to the internet, and as we've moved house, the PS4 isn't connected to the new WiFi!
Does anyone know how to resolve?
