Not tech savy at all. Son’s new PS5. I have no experience. He keeps getting “You’re restricted from using communication features” during certain modes of NBA 2k26. It then says “send your parents a request to use communication features for this game” And there is a “send request” button which I press and get nothing. I’m stuck and lost. Thanks in advance for any help
