Hacked PlayStation Account

Last night my PlayStation account was hacked, they managed to de-activate my 2-step verification, change my password and my User ID (email address). I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of someone from Sony/PlayStation with zero luck. Online Chat keeps saying there are no agents available and I can't find a phone number to contact anywhere.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

How did they get past the 2FA if it was enabled? Did they access your phone, pc or recovery email as well?

I would try contacting support via chat as soon as they open or up to an hour before closing as these times are usually quieter.
