Last night my PlayStation account was hacked, they managed to de-activate my 2-step verification, change my password and my User ID (email address). I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of someone from Sony/PlayStation with zero luck. Online Chat keeps saying there are no agents available and I can't find a phone number to contact anywhere.
Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
